Realistic Self-Defense for Women – Intensive course

Intensive course in Realistic Self-Defense for Women in April. The course covers the most common forms of assault cases against women, understanding violence, theory, tips and tactics on how to handle the violence, deal with fear and resolve the situation.

Most of the course is experience-based, which means that the participants will be exposed to realistic scenarios indoors and outdoors with gradually increasing complexity and difficulty. The course is taught mainly by experienced female instructors in modern Krav Maga.

The course is divided into two sessions: 2018-04-21 and 2018-04-28.

Summer Camp Stockholm 2016

2016-07-29 – 2016-07-31. For the thirteenth consecutive year, we organize our three-day international Krav Maga summer camp open to all regardless of previous experience with KMS Krav Maga. Training is divided up into groups depending on the participants’ knowledge and therefore fits perfectly, even for students who have not previously practiced modern Krav Maga. The camp is conducted in Stockholm with more than 19 hours of training which includes:

  • Defence against common and uncommon unarmed assaults standing up and on the ground
  • Defence against common and uncommon baton, knife and gun assaults standing up and on the ground
  • Basic and advanced attacks standing up and on the ground
  • Basic fighting training
  • Scenario training
  • Training in realistic environments
  • Theory: Tactics before the attack, the body’s response during stress, and more.
